Internet & Phone Service

We are pleased to announce an upgrade to our Internet Service to One (1) Gigabyte Up / Down with projected service targeted for December 1, 2016:

     * Basic service for existing tenants will be a shared 10 MB up / down for $30/mo.
     * The building will be able to supply any level of bandwidth service; Inquire for pricing.
     * We can provide dedicated service.
     * We can provide service for a self-managed server.
     * Static IP Addresses available.
     * Landline phone service available; inquire for pricing.

Improves the building's utility for:

     * All Cloud Based Applications; Video Editing; Social Media Work; Web Development; and any other network-intensive projects.

Building Improvements
Ownership continues to invest in the property. Last summer the roof bulkheads and the interior parapets were restored. Presently, the backyard foundation wall is being waterproofed, and a new subsurface and surface drainage system is being installed. Tom Winter Associates (a tenant in the building) has been retained to design new tubular windows with etched clear glass and to redesign the public areas. The new windows have been fabricated by Laidman Fabrication, another building tenant, and will be installed shortly. The pointing and restoration of the North wall is projected for next summer.


Other Building News
The Building will be setting up the Morgan Fine Arts Gallery to display building and other local artists; Shane McAdams, a curator at the Caren Golden Fine Art and a building tenant, is consulting on the project.
